You can earn a "Fast Forward" for a Skill by testing out of it in the "Personalization Quiz." Fast Forward is basically a shortcut that can save you time by letting you skip the learning content for a Skill. Just go directly to the Skill Quiz - if you pass it the Skill is set to complete and you get full credit.
NOTE: Not all learning programs use the Personalization Quiz or Fast Forward passes.
