How do I to create a Support Ticket?

Create an Account


Creating an account provides the contact information we need in order to communicate with you.

  1. Click "Signup" (upper-right above ↗)
  2. Enter your Full name and an Email address you use
  3. Complete the Captcha and click "Register" when done
  4. Check your email and follow the activation link
  5. Enter a Password you will remember (make note of this password for future reference)
  6. Click "Activate and Log in"



Create a Ticket


Creating a ticket notifies our Learner Advocates. The more details you provide, the easier it will be to assist you.

  1. If you are not already logged in, click "Login" and enter your email and password
  2. Click (upper-right above ↗)
  3. Fill out all the fields and attach a screenshot if possible
  4. Click "Submit" (scroll down)
