Sometimes keystrokes are not correctly passed through to the remote desktop.
The On-Screen Keyboard (OSK) will allow you enter the pass phrase correctly because it is located on the remote machine. Here are the steps to use.
On-Screen Keyboard (OSK):
1) Click the Start button (on the Remote Toolwire VM)
2) Type 'On-Screen Keyboard'
3) Press Enter to open the OSK
